Technical Introduction

Without excavating the ground, a conical bursting head and
blades fracture the existing pipe and replace it with a new pipe connected at the rear.
A trenchless replacement method for pipelines installed in sections where excavation is difficult due to underground utilities and in narrow areas where excavation equipment cannot easily access.

Connect the bursting head and the new pipe at Work Pit A, and install pulling equipment at Work Pit B for pulling.
The new pipe is installed along the alignment of the existing pipe,
and fragments of the fractured existing pipe remain around the new pipe
Applicable to all pipe types, and a PE multi-layer coated pipe is used to protect the new pipe.

What is Trenchless Replacement?

PE Multi-Layer Coated Pipe

High strength with wear- and corrosion-resistant materials, preventing damage caused by long-term corrosion. Chemically resistant, so it does not deteriorate over time. The inserted PE pipe enables full structural reinforcement, making it resistant to external loads and impact. High flexibility ensures safety even in earthquakes, differential settlement, and ground deformation caused by groundwater leakage. Reduced maintenance frequency and less time required for maintenance.

Removal of Multiple Pipes and Abandoned Pipes

Sewer Pipeline Replacement(Using Existing Manholes)
